I've been working in the graphics design field for over four years now. Yet I have been afraid to really market my work. For me it just fear of the unknown. How will people respond? My website isn't really complete yet, how can I show it off. I have a million and one excuses to keep my work to myself and not share it.

Today, however, is a new beginning. I entered my first art contest at Crestock.com and it feels so good. My entry http://www.crestock.com/blog/design/contest2007/entry.aspx?id=6453 is up for the world to critique and vote on. It took about 30 hours to get to where it is now and I am not actually finished. However, the time ran out and I had to get my image online.

Will I win? I don't really know but it was an amazing experience. I learned so much about myself, and my work. I invite you all to check out my new design and keep posted for what I am doing next. I tried to upload it here but I've been having problems with images. Stay tuned and I will try again later.
